Each 2026 1/10 oz American Gold Eagle Coin comes with either an individual protective flip or a plastic tube of 50 coins. All coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The American Gold Eagle is a unique 22-karat gold coin, consisting of 91.67% gold, 5.33% copper, and 3% silver.

The 1/10 oz Gold Eagle Coin is one of the more popular weights in the American Gold Eagle Series. Historically, it has often surpassed the 1 oz Gold Eagle in demand when the price of gold skyrockets. For example, the 1/10 oz Gold Eagle holds the highest single-year mintage figure in the program’s history, with 2.75 million coins sold in 1999 at the height of the Y2K crisis.

In the obverse design of the 2026 American Gold Eagle, you will find Augustus Saint-Gaudens’ historic depiction of Lady Liberty. Designed in 1907, it depicts Liberty’s full-length figure in front-facing relief. She is depicted striding toward the viewer with a torch held high in her right hand and an olive branch in her left. The background field includes sunrays framing her figure, a ring of stars, and the U.S. Capitol Building.

For the reverse of 2026 1/10 oz Gold Eagle Coins, the US Mint features a modern depiction of the bald eagle that debuted in mid-2021. Designed in 2020 by Jennie Norris, this image shows the head of the bald eagle in left-profile relief. The nation’s iconic emblem is captured in a naturalistic design that delivers exceptional levels of detail in the appearance of the bird.
